Less growth, incompetent salaries, salary discrimination based on college, no work from home during COVID. Carry slips all day of your phone IMEI. Lack of trust in employees. Sticker on camera phones.
Please have some trust in employees and take care of them when it's needed the most. The way Samsung handled COVID was not good at all.
