- Lots of cuts; your CGPA might say your salary is 85,000+ per month, but you get 60,000 per month.
- Some teams have things to learn, but all other teams have only bug-fixing-related issues.
Do something related to work-life balance:
- The 9-hour policy can be reduced to 8 hours.
- Provide work from home options.
- Organize a team trip or activity once a year for refreshment.
