Mediocre company for mediocre people
- Won't fire you even if you won't work.
- Some teams have very good work-life balance.
- While other teams have terrible work-life balance,
- [There is] bad compensation and no career opportunities,
- Most of the management don't care about their projects.
The whole company requires a thorough revision from top to bottom, or it's bound to fall, however long that would take. Right now, talented people are driven away from the company, as the management doesn't seek competence, only obedience.
