Good, but do not recommend
The welfare benefits are excellent, and I'm very satisfied with the work-life balance. Compared to other Korean companies, the corporate culture is more flexible.
However, due to owner-risk, there is a lot of unnecessary reporting. The company doesn't plan for the distant future, and the permanent employment system has stifled creativity because of the large number of older, long-term employees.
