Work-life balance is poor. There's too much work, no transparency, and HR policies, etc.
Started with a phone interview which included some tricky technical questions about software design. About a week later, I was invited to a face-to-face interview in Cambridge. This involved: * Meeting with HR * A technical interview with whiteboa
Company HR contacted me regarding details I left on some CV sites and scheduled an in-person interview within a week. After this, I had a four-stage interview: 1. Few small tasks on C knowledge – to write on paper while waiting for the interviewer.
It's been more than an hour asking questions from the resume, project questions, and digital electronics: CMOS fundamentals, Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM. It's been really tough. No matter how much you prepared, it's purely a luck factor.
