Good working environment. People are all dedicated to their own work. No bullying. Multi-racial. Smart guys. 30%~50% employee discount on Samsung products, such as smartphones, tablets, TVs, fridges, and dryers.
Sometimes I need to work at night to communicate with the Indian R&D team to fix issues.
Lack of promotion mechanism: 60% of team members have been working in the same position for 6-12 years, but their titles are still Test Engineer or Senior Test Engineer.

First, I got a call from the company P2P. They conducted a basic HR interview. After that, I had an interview with the Manager of Samsung. After this, I was selected.
