Cons: Management doesn't consider employee concerns. Heavy work with no Saturdays, no Sundays, and no Public Holidays. Tasks given on Friday and status will be asked on Monday. You need to make up your mind strongly to work there. No proper KT given before assigning any task. Deadlines are very short so you can't have tea peacefully.
