I got a call directly from the hiring manager, who said he received my resume through a recruiter. I was asked to schedule a phone interview later. After the phone interview, the interviewer informed me they wanted to take me onsite, and an HR representative would call to schedule it. I never heard back from them, despite repeated emails every two weeks. This was very unprofessional behavior.
