This is for the internship process.
Had an online test which had both basic analytics and math problems, with a separate coding section, followed by a telephonic interview. Pretty basic questions.
After a week, I got a call stating I was selected.
Questions
Use of static functions? Minimal spanning trees. And some basic algorithms.
As I am from a VLSI background. Why VLSI?

Pros: Great work. Really good teams and great compensation. Good culture.
Cons: Lack of vision. Some of the projects don't get executed, and there is a lot of shuffling around the teams.

Pros: The main campus is good. The courtyard cafe is pretty good, and there is a lot of concentration on eating healthy. 401K benefits are decent. They have a very strong fitness program. The Enrich Your Life program and reward system is good. A lot of work goes towards humanitarian causes, which I really like.
Cons: The work for me is slow. There are lots of procedure involved. Also, I think there are too many meetings that can hamper work.
