There are only a few sections of IT where the going is good, but software development is not one of them. So consider it before you think of joining IT.
Has a complete sweatshop mentality and attitude, especially if you are of Asian Indian origin. The Director is prone to yelling at you using profane words in front of your colleagues, not letting you go home until the job is done, and other similar behaviors.
Treat your employees like adults and give them some respect.
