Pros: - Flexible working hours and supportive environment
- As an employee, you feel cared for
- A development environment enabling you to experience and build an enterprise-scale application using nice technologies including Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, and other cloud technologies
- SAP is a recognized firm, and many colleagues have left to go to top firms from here, especially to Amazon and Google.
Cons: - Components are a bit messy, task distribution does not make sense half of the time.
- Low compensation for such a large company.
- There is no onboarding process, which is a big surprise. It takes too much time to get started.
- As an employee for over a year, if I didn't care about the product itself, nobody would tell you what it is being used for and how.
