It was through campus placement at St. Xavier's College. The company asked for an average of more than 7.0 GPA in the last 4 semesters of a 6-semester BCA course. They shortlisted candidates on the basis of grades. Then, all eligible candidates got to appear for an online test where they asked questions in different sectors like Quantitative Aptitude, General English, Computer Awareness, and a Coding Test.
The most difficult out of all was the coding test, as it included real-world problems put into scenarios. The compilers had some test cases added to ensure the written functions were good to go. There were 3 coding questions.
After clearing this, around 2 weeks later, SAP called all the selected candidates for an on-site interview. There, they executed the interview process in 3 rounds:
1st: Coding Test and Programming knowledge test 2nd: A 45-minute interview with questions from Data Structures, Operating Systems, OOPS, DBMS, PHP, HTML, C and C++ programming, Artificial Intelligence, Operational Research, Computer Graphics, and Networking.
After clearing this round, they called for a panel interview, in which they tested personality and views on your working at this company. (Here, I couldn't clear the round as I said, "I want to become a web developer.")
One of the coding questions I remember is:
Given an equation of a line $ax^2 + nx + c$.
Find the number of points where these lines intersect when on the basis of increasing $n$.
