Pros: I learned a lot. Once you get past the 4-month mark, they'll essentially give you as much responsibility as you can prove you're capable of handling, which is nice.

Cons: A lot of manual testing during the first 4 months. The idea seems to be to get you really comfortable with their product before they really let you do much.

Pros: I learned a lot. Once you get past the 4-month mark, they'll essentially give you as much responsibility as you can prove you're capable of handling, which is nice.

Cons: A lot of manual testing during the first 4 months. The idea seems to be to get you really comfortable with their product before they really let you do much.
