Developer Associate Interview Experience - India

Process

Off-campus hiring, September. The written test was quite easy, consisting of aptitude and coding questions.

I cleared all the rounds with excellent feedback from all interviewers. Finally, they rejected me, citing my low percentage in +2.

They should not have shortlisted my resume in the first place if the percentage in +2 was a criterion. This was the worst experience for me to date. I found the HR team, policy, and rules to be the worst. I would not recommend SAP for anyone to join.

Many mass recruiters have a better HR team and policy.

I would like the higher management to look into this matter and believe that percentage is no longer a criterion to measure an individual's capability. When some companies are moving in the right direction by removing the percentage and grad stream from their selection process, SAP is going backward, which is bad for the company's growth.
