Pros: Has very good balance and freedom of life/work.
Compensation is satisfied.
People are chilled and nice in my team.
Cons: Typical big old-fashioned technology company.
Product design is pretty lame.

Pros: Good Benefits
Opportunities are a lot when compared to other companies. It depends on oneself how you utilize them.
Awesome Campus
Social activities, events, Annual Day, and technical events are so nice.
They are going to provide AC shuttles soon, excited :)
Cons: Less onsite, but the environment is very good, so you will not think much about it :)
Politics are there, but success will come to you if you concentrate only on your work and no other matters.
