Process
There were a few rounds, around 4.
First was an online assessment. Second was a pair programming session. Third was with the hiring manager. Lastly, there will be this interview with the head of department.
The process was quite seamless at the beginning until the last stage. Somehow, despite not being my future reporting line, the lady was my interviewer and she failed me. I guess it was not a cultural fit because I was passionate about the role until the last stage. I could also feel that I would not get along with this person well.
