Pros: Awesome Benefits:
Good health and wellness benefit.
Cons: If you come from a good technical background and feel proud of your skills, then don't come here.
There are grand old managers who will make your life hell here, especially in QA (Ariba Projects).
These managers don't know the ABCs of technology, and they try to drive automation/perf projects.
Customers are crying; managers are enjoying.
QA is just a white elephant (show peace), at least in Ariba.
High level of bureaucracy.
