Process

The SAP hiring process includes:

  1. Online Aptitude test
  2. Technical interview
  3. Managerial round

The online aptitude test contains analytical, logical, and verbal sections. It also includes two programming questions and one essay to check writing skills.

In the technical interview, they ask about the basics of C, C++, and DBMS. I was asked about C and C++ concepts like pointers and structures, and in C++, OOPs concepts. In DBMS, some queries were requested. Then, they asked about operating systems, covering topics like deadlocks and semaphores. Finally, in Java, they asked about composition and association. They may conduct 2-3 technical interviews.

In the managerial round, candidates are asked to provide solutions for some problems. They mainly check how you make decisions in particular situations.

In the HR round, they ask questions such as "Why SAP?", "Why do you want to join?", and "Tell me about yourself and your family background." They will also inquire about the projects you have done.
