It was quite hard, but at the same time, they were so respectful to me.
In my case, the interviewer went directly to the point, just asking questions related to the position.

- The best environment possible.
- Your work is recognized.
- Constantly challenges.
Cons: There are a lot of processes, and it can make things run slower, but I'm not sure if we take these processes out, the company would be able to keep its great environment.

Cons: Managers are very political and do not help employees with their actual problems.
It takes a very long time to progress within the company.
Salary increases are slow; new people come in earning more than current employees.
What often matters for growth is tenure, not competence. Many people are in their comfort zone there and receive recognition for mediocre work.
Many projects use proprietary technologies that are not relevant to the general job market.
