Process

The interview was technical and behavioral. They tested whether I was GUI-sensitive.

I applied through Waterloo Works for a co-op position. The interview was held at the SAP Waterloo office.

The interview was delayed twice due to weather conditions.

The interviewer was very nice, but they had some technical problems in regards to testing my technical skills.

Great Culture, Slow Processes

Software Quality Assurance Intern • Current Employee

Waterloo, Ontario, Canada

Pros: There is a nice company culture, great co-workers, a flexible work schedule, and it's very clear that they really care about their employees. There are always many events going on within the company for the employees and the community.

Cons: It's a big company, so sometimes processes are slow (like contacting IT to fix a problem). I also noticed that there is a lot of internal movement for structure and high executives.

Pros: The people are great to work with, including management, both locally and globally.

Cons: As with any large global company, there are some silos. But on the whole, different parts of the company work together fairly well.
