Process
The main HR staff from China called me, stating she had read my resume and I seemed to be a good candidate for the position. Scheduling the interview also involved getting calls from their HR office in Manila.
The recruitment process was complicated, involving an HR interview, a technical online interview, and an on-site interview with local staff. I was only able to complete the HR and technical online tests/interviews and a phone interview.
The local staff asked me about algorithms, and by that time, I was not prepared.
