Process

I applied through an online recruiting agency and received a call for the first face-to-face interview round at the office. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience for me, as the interviewer was rude.

When I started my introduction with my name, he cut me off and said, "I know that is your name." He didn't even listen to my answers completely.

Fast Projects, Lower Pay

Senior QA Engineer • Current Employee

Reston, Virginia, United States

Pros: There's a new project to work on every three months, so things move at a fast pace. Good in a way because you don't tend to get bored working on the same thing. And there's always lots to learn. People in general are nice to work with and the company has reasonably flexible hours. You are allowed to work from home occasionally and there's no dress code. Situated in Reston just minutes away from Wiehle station and very close to the future metro stop. The company has a lot going for it.

Cons: Pay is relatively less compared to the market, and they don't have great benefits in terms of bonus and company shares.
