I applied through their job portal and was given a test link. After that, a recruiter reached out to schedule an interview. The process was quite smooth.

There were four rounds of interviews: two technical, one with the hiring manager, and one HR.

After clearing all the rounds, the recruiter asked for documents like payslips and ID proofs. To my surprise, the recruiter later stated that my current package was too high as per SAP standards, and they could offer hardly a 10% hike.

Obviously, I had to decline the offer.

Feedback for recruiters: With such constraints on salary, it would be a good idea to check candidates' expectations before the interview process begins.

The questions were pretty basic, covering the profile and coding.
