Process
The process starts with a phone call from an SAP recruiter. They will provide more information than you need about both the company and the position. Following this, they will schedule you for an in-person interview.
During the in-person interview, you will meet with one architect and one developer. They will provide you with paper and a whiteboard to explain your answers. They will continue to ask questions as you proceed to write down your responses.

- Implement a cache on the whiteboard.
- Write down all the things needed for a pizza shop.

Pros: Great team (scrum), great people, great atmosphere.
Working with the newest and most innovative technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, and delivering to China.
So many technologies and opportunities to learn. New concepts and projects are brought up all the time. Got to work with so many programming languages: Go, Node.js, JS, Java, Python, Groovy, and I can keep going.
Awesome conditions regarding salary, holiday gifts, bonuses, etc.
Cons: A lot of the developers are more than a decade in the company, and almost everybody (except students) has been there for at least a few years (~5, 8 years). So, some of the developers are not the most professional or driven out there.
In addition, this causes a less young, fun, or vibrant vibe in the office.
Some people might see this as a plus too: the company is very stable, and it's a good place of work to stay a lifetime.
And no real QA. That's a big con.

Pros: Good salary, medium-priced canteen, free parking, and gym.
Silent rooms, good green environment, friendly colleagues, and more colleagues at my age (26).
Good compensation pack with a healthcare plan.
Cons: Open Office is a great con for me. I don't really like when people are walking behind me and staring into my monitor, and also talking loudly near me.
