Pros: - MNC benefits -> events, exposure, cross-national teams
- Easy interview process, did not have many technical assessments and rounds
- Did learn new technical things from my role, useful for the future
- Built good relations and connections across teams
Cons: Time difference based on the teams you're working with, which might lead to meetings outside of working hours.
Felt that the technical aspect of the role could have been more well-defined before accepting the offer, but this is with regards to my supervisor.
No HR exit interview unlike other MNCs, making it impossible to provide genuine feedback to the supervisor and company.
Extremely long onboarding process with many different seminars and courses to clear.
Low compensation for software roles as compared to competitors.
