Pros: Benefits and a well-structured software development process.
Cons: If you are not in a sector with good investments, you certainly will not receive the proper attention for career development.

Pros: People were very friendly. Timelines were reasonable, and no one really seemed super stressed.
It's more flexible than most non-tech jobs, in the sense that you don't clock in or clock out – it's an honor system.
Cons: Old school in terms of the 40-hour week. People would mention when they would leave during the workday and when they would make up the time. In other tech, it's just kind of "get your work done."
Work is easy and it doesn't feel competitive, but not a great place for the young/ambitious.
