Process

The interview was in two pieces.

One was a tech and logical thinking section. The other was an HR interview.

The interview itself was very good. I was applying for a technology that I had not worked on previously, so the interview focused on algorithms.

Overall, the interview process was good, but I had to wait a long time in between rounds.

Not a good place for freshers. It's good if one wants to settle down (after 9-10 years' experience)

Pros: Good workplace with amazing facilities like free food, free transport, and good allocation of team budgets. Work culture of colleagues is good, always helpful. Big brand name. Fat pay (makes you fat). Good exposure to enterprise software.

Cons: - Management always biased towards a person of their liking (Favoritism). - To grow, one has to work hard enough in cajoling the manager (not actual work). - Too much talk, less work. - Nothing much to learn technically (all core work done in Germany). - Abroad opportunities are almost nil. - Mid-level management is an enormous bulge (reminds me of an X-ray emitting vacuum tube). - This list will go on like never-ending SAP Notes ;)
