Pros: Awesome work-life balance, get to interact with customers.
Cons: Not many companies directly hire from SAP. You need to have worked in companies that are not partners of SAP for at least 6 months before applying to partner companies. However, not many companies have worked on ABAP.

Pros: The working environment of the company is awesome. Everyone is very helpful.
Cons: The recent amalgamation with SAP has put lots of restrictions on employees.

Pros: Good workplace with amazing facilities like free food, free transport, and good allocation of team budgets.
Work culture of colleagues is good, always helpful.
Big brand name.
Fat pay (makes you fat).
Good exposure to enterprise software.
Cons: - Management always biased towards a person of their liking (Favoritism).
- To grow, one has to work hard enough in cajoling the manager (not actual work).
- Too much talk, less work.
- Nothing much to learn technically (all core work done in Germany).
- Abroad opportunities are almost nil.
- Mid-level management is an enormous bulge (reminds me of an X-ray emitting vacuum tube).
- This list will go on like never-ending SAP Notes ;)
