The recruiter set me up for an in-person interview the day after I applied. I then sent her a list of questions, and she didn't reply until the night before my interview, claiming she had missed my email.
There were two interviews of one hour each, with some whiteboarding and past experience questions. The first interview was okay, but the second was horrible. The interviewers were snobby and disinterested. One of the managers seemed like a real ball-breaker. Thanks, but no thanks. I've worked in places like that before; it wouldn't work out for me.
To put a nail in the coffin, the recruiter sent me an email saying they would be sending me an offer and then tried to withdraw the email. I tried calling her and leaving messages and sending emails, but she didn't reply for a week. When she finally did, she told me they wouldn't be moving forward with my application. Very unprofessional.
