SuccessFactors Campus recruitment was part of the campus drive at our college. I first took a written test, which included questions from Analytical Thinking, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, and Data Structures.

The shortlisted candidates then proceeded to a technical interview that covered Data Structures and Database Management Systems. Some puzzles were also included.

In the second round, a face-to-face interview, questions focused on logical reasoning and were more HR-oriented. There were some good puzzles to solve, and the interview focused on my implementation skills.

With approximately 200 people present at the campus drive, the HR assured a very good learning experience.
