SAP had a great environment with supportive people and managers. The provided mentorship program I enjoyed and learned a lot about.
Also, there were a lot of opportunities to learn and get hands-on experience with their technologies and improve my software engineering knowledge.
Some technologies are internal and might take more time to learn. If you encounter a problem, finding the solution might be more challenging compared to other open-source and public technologies.
One technical video round with two senior developers. They asked concept questions regarding JavaScript and one LeetCode question. They also inquired about my previous experience, projects, and basic behavioral questions, such as why I want to work
2 technical algorithm questions in pseudocode. Around 8 behavioural questions. Very chill and laid back. The interviewer was very nice. I didn't even provide an optimal solution.
My interview was rescheduled more than 5 times. The interviewer was the supervisor. He did not ask me any behavioral questions. I didn't even get to introduce myself; we went straight to the technical questions.
