Good Role, Low Salary
Good overall, what I am doing in the Cloud Engineer role.
Salary is lower compared to other companies. Salary increment is also lower.
Management should think about existing employees who are earning lower, and when they hire from outside, there is so much salary difference. This is not balancing those who have been working for many years in the company.
