Cons

Frankly, I've been working here for 10 years now and find it a really employee-friendly company. It's a company where employees contribute actively to evolve policies to serve better.

Advice to Management
  1. Since the last few years, paying freshers (from IITs and NITs) exorbitant CTCs, much higher than even 8-10 years experienced colleagues.

  2. Hierarchical growth is not felt. For example, employees at T4 levels are still at 7-8 levels in the hierarchy, as would a fresher.

  3. Skip-level growth is not available. Speaking from personal experience, consistent multi-year top performers over 5 years (3 years Catalysts + 2 years HiPOs) are covering T levels in 5 years what an average performer would have covered in 7-8 years. We should seriously identify such people and give them a leg up.
