The company was good for employees.
• Troubleshot an FTP issue and handled a mail server issue. • Opened and closed ports through the firewall and controlled load in servers. • Configured remote backups through R1Soft CDP, and local backups using Windows Backup. • Monitored and deleted spam mails on the server.
The recruitment process was average. The first stages were fast and smooth, but the technical interview was an entire mess. The interviewer seemed to be doing me a favor by conducting the process. At least the HR representative was attentive througho
1. Initial screen through email (no phone call). 2. Online coding test (15 multiple choice questions + 1 coding problem). 3. The HR did not give me any response and did not reply to my email.
The interview was fairly easy with simple questions. Nothing too technical. I interviewed with a peer engineer and a director of development. There was also one more behavioral interview with a recruiter, which wasn't hard either.
