Good, good, awesome, nice, very nice.
No con, all is good
I had applied through the Careers page on their website. It was a teleconference, very short. As this was the first screening, they should have given ample time to understand the current nature of work and my technical skills.
It's incredibly frustrating to have aced a technical interview and, after answering all of the questions, only to be met with radio silence from HR despite multiple follow-ups. It's an unprofessional way to reject a candidate.
I received a call through a third-party recruiter, and an interview was arranged two days later with SAP. There were two F2F technical rounds and one project manager round. The interview was completed in one day, and I received an offer.
