Good training time. Enough work. Work-life balance. People are nice co-workers, or at least my team is.
Even working well and beyond expectation, I could not score a job because of some budget constraints. It feels like the appreciation of work is not as good as people say it to be.
Irrespective of funds or budget constraints, believe in investing in people who are willing to work for the company.
