Great top-tier equipment (laptop, 2 screens, really comfy chair, liftable table, etc.).
Salary is more than good, probably one of the best you can get as a student.
They treat students (interns) with big respect to their school timetable.
The manager is reasonable when you need time off.
Not that many benefits for students.
Unclear work assignments for students (sometimes I really had no idea what to do).
There should be a more standardized approach for handling students, especially with more opportunities for knowledge transfer from senior employees. It really doesn't happen on its own just by sitting at the office, and as a student, I don't feel okay with bothering them in their work time with my 1000 questions.
Very cool dudes, very polite and so helpful. I strongly recommend them. The interviewer was so nice and very prepared, such cool. Also, they help you if you are stuck on some questions, and you can continue without a problem.
Understand data structures (trees, hash tables, arrays, sets, etc.) and programming techniques (backtracking, dynamic programming, recursion, brute-force, etc.). Be able to come up with tailored solutions to specific problems and estimate computation
There are three interviews in total: * HR interview * Technical theory/practice * Manager interview Between the first and second interview, I had to wait well over three weeks to get a response.
