We need to have one integrated solution, not several different solutions per Line of Business for Cloud
People, products, capability, and an incredible company to work for in terms of taking care of their employees.
Too many duplicate products and complexity in a single LoB, and too many overlay organizations, makes us look so complex in front of customers.
Execute on the product roadmap for single integrated solutions. Significantly reduce complexity in products. Reduce organizational changes and take overlay organizations out. Bring on innovation, avoid analysis paralysis, and don't make jobs that are not needed.
