Great company to work for
Depending on the area you work in, it can be one of the best places to work for. I have great work-life balance and great team members to depend on. Management is not bad either. They always look for ideas from team members and push them out across the teams.
It can be stressful at times, but that is with most jobs anyway.
Need to provide a structure where feedback can be given about current managers to upper managers.
