The first half of the interview focused on soft skills, and the latter half was on tech skills. This mostly involved pseudo-code on a whiteboard, where I was asked to explain Big O notation and time complexity.

Ask general questions. Ask about my resume and my background; avoid technical questions. Just be prepared to answer all items on your resume. There were three people in the interview session.

The interviewer did not seem interested at all during the interview in the Campus Recruitment Drive. Why shortlist too many people from an online test and then act this way once you reach your headcount from a college? Pathetic experience.
