We had a 40-minute phone interview which mostly covered previous experience and expectations from the company and the role. Based on the interview, they will decide if they want to move forward with you and schedule the second and final interview.

It was a very straightforward interview without any programming. There were only a couple of OOP questions and an easy logical task. The interviewers were not very interested in communication.
