The campus is good.
There's always an All Hands kept by Labs India, but the questions mostly about employees' daily work-related issues are not addressed anymore. The management is now ignoring the questions in multiple All Hands. If any questions are picked to answer, they are not answered in a way that we can understand.
One simple and good example is, in this pandemic situation, for the leaves employees are not able to take, there is no action item till now to extend those unused leaves, and the company is forcing you to take leave. Where do we take leaves?
Not all employees are in a safe location. Also, previously there was some flexibility with each team's allotted budget to use it in a better way with more options. This year the policy is like those team budgets can be used only for lunch, dinner, or virtual events. Why is SAP restricting so much with lunch and dinner, even in this pandemic situation? A majority of the employees are not happy with this proposal, yet some things are being forced just in favor of some management.
This kind of behavior seems like SAP is becoming like a service-based company and has reduced the value of employee concerns.
There are very few onsite opportunities for senior employees in Labs India, Bangalore.
Even though it is a German-based company, there is no facility within SAP Labs India to learn German. At least other companies provide the same.
From the cons mentioned, it is clear how management should improve.

I applied on the company's website through a referral. Initially, I had a telephonic round, and then two more face-to-face technical interviews. The company is very systematic. They mailed the interview details and interviewer details, so one can pr
