Great work culture, compensation below market standard
- Inclusive work culture: collaborative, supportive, innovative.
- Healthy work-life balance.
- Great people. I would be very glad to work with the same team again anytime.
- Cool Campus. Although most of my time was spent working from home, the campus was pretty cool.
- High-value incentives. Incentives are great for such a large company employing thousands of people.
Only one downside: compensation is slightly below market standard. I've heard there are salary corrections starting now, but this was the only downside for me.
Please maintain the same work culture and hiring standards. I would be glad to work with the same team again someday.
