Free food, free transport, free soft drinks, etc. Free stuff that employees like, although they cost really nothing.
New technologies are coming up, so lots of opportunities to learn new things.
A fresher and someone with 5 years of experience, both top performers, do not have a very large difference in salary.
Sometimes you can get a bad manager, and no one does anything about it. You suffer, or you quit.
In general, work-life balance is good. However, after 2013, it has been bad for me.
There are lots of politics in performance reviews.
Please give corrections to seniors when you hire freshers at a higher salary. The last two years' hike has been really bad. Being a top performer, don't think we will stick around and keep suffering. If you continue this, most of your top performers will quit.
