No Pros as of now.
The company literally fired employees without any reason. They even fired multiple freshers who had just passed out of college and spent only 6-10 months in the office. I, too, was fired within 5 months of joining SAP.
Whenever a company hires employees, it should at least have planned work for the next 1-2 years. I left a very stable job to join SAP, only to be surprised with termination just 5 months after joining.
They project that they provide internal opportunities, but these are all just for show. The internal interviews were far tougher than the interviews they conduct for external candidates.
In my case, the whole team was fired, and they had no reason. They simply stated it was head count reduction.
They forcefully obtained our resignations by playing cheap tricks, offering a severance package. I am totally disappointed with the company and would not recommend it to anyone. Please think twice before joining this kind of company.
Please rethink before hiring and firing people. They might have rejected so many offers from other companies and prepared to leave their current job. Please don't use the hire and fire strategy in the future.

The hiring process was straightforward. HR contacted me and fixed a date for a scheduled interview. The interview started on time, and the result was also communicated by HR on-site since I did not clear the interview.
