I was approached by a headhunter, had an HR interview, then met with the project manager to go through the position description. I passed a written skills test, and finally met with senior management.

The hiring process was straightforward. HR contacted me and fixed a date for a scheduled interview. The interview started on time, and the result was also communicated by HR on-site since I did not clear the interview.
