Employees are flexible with their time and can work from home. Company provides free lunch. After 3 years, employees can apply for a company car. Great work-life balance. Very beautiful office environment, especially in Walldorf (HQ). Teammates are respectful and friendly. Lot of opportunities to grow their careers. Very international company. Everyone speaks 100% English in my team. Great stock buying options with special discounts and stock awards (Move SAP, Grow SAP).
Salary seems like the market average. As a ~30 B USD yearly revenue earning company, it could invest more in handsome salaries to attract great talent.
Nothing to complain about.
