Working on a trust basis, good collaboration with colleagues, work-life balance is very good.
Even though it's always the "best year ever," it hardly shows in the bonus. One can hardly call it a bonus anymore. Furthermore, there is an increasing attempt to keep salaries low. Managers receive too little budget, and newcomers are promised a lot, which cannot be kept. Mana then leave the company and take their accumulated knowledge with them.
