Very good work-life balance. Flat hierarchy and approachable management. SAP is now investing a lot into newer technologies, and so you get a lot of opportunities. SAP takes care of its employees, and it provides a lot of employee benefits. The office campus is amazing.
No major cons. Try to change internal teams after every 3+ years.
