Lots of benefits, big corporation
Benefits: work from home, 5 weeks vacation (after 5 years), cell phone all paid for, commute (partially paid), etc.
It is a big corporation, with lots of processes. That does help to ensure quality, but harms the speed of development.
Also, it has a huge hierarchy (far from flat). It makes it hard for higher management to understand the work on the ground, so flashy ideas usually get more traction than necessary upgrades on existing products.
Company meetings happen too often, for too long, and tend to be empty in content, a corporate bingo kind of thing.
Make hierarchy flat, and let the development team push things faster.
